Before joining Pamela’s classes I felt very sluggish, lazy and my energy levels were very low. I had no motivation to do anything, all I wanted to do is sit around for the day. I didn’t really do any exercise apart from an odd walk here and there. One day I decided that I wanted to change my life and get fit and to lose a bit of weight and feel confident in myself and in my body again. At the beginning I was nervous to join classes as I thought that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with Pamela and the rest of the team but she reassured me that if I wasn’t able to do some movement that she explains easier movements for beginners and that as the weeks would go on that’s I would get stronger and would be able to complete the movements. I find the classes really enjoyable, Pamela is extremely motivating always pushing me to the best of my ability. I started with the mindset of getting fitter and weight loss and her classes helped me to achieve these goals. I find that after completing classes that my energy levels are up compared to when I started and I set myself a goal to complete 10,000 steps a day and to get a walk in. I have started completing 4/5 workouts a week and I really look forward to doing a workout as each day it’s something different. The weekly checkins also help me to stay focused and stay on track and help me stay motivated. I am excited to continue on this journey.
It was the 18th September 2020 I joined your team. I Have toned up well, I see some curves in the right places and have shifted some weight. I’m delighted and will continue because I really am enjoying it. It’s all thanks to you for providing the sessions and from being a down to earth person and still able to push me to go the extra bit or pick up the heavier weight even when I think I’m dead!!!!! Onwards and upwards and thanks for everything along the way. #teampbfitness
