PB Fit & Fierce Plan

Start Date: Beginning of every Month

This plan offers weekly Online Classes, access to our private Facebook support group,  weekly Check-ins, each class is recorded so you can complete your session in your own time. We complete 20 workout sessions in each block, starting at the beginning of each month.

Lower body & core workout

Lower body exercises work the muscles that are below the waist primarily legs, Glute and thighs.

Core exercises are those that use your trunk without support like sit-ups an abdominal crunch these exercises strengthened and train your lower back, hips and pelvis to work together for better balance and stability.

Upperbody & cardio

Upper Body Workouts which target the Chest, middle and upper Back, Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps

Cardio is defined as any type of exercise that makes you breathe faster and more deeply.

Step HIIT

Step HIIT is a high intensity aerobics class. It involves seven 4 minute rounds using only bodyweight and a Step. Prepare for a  quick Cardio Workout although, during this short time you are giving 100% effort into your Workout.

Back exercise and body pump

Body pump is where we use moderately light weights and lots of repetitions to music. A great cardio and resistance-based class for all fitness levels.

Sweat cardio session

Body weight exercise. This is a 32 minute class. There are 8 rounds of 4 minute workouts. We work for  20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, there are 8 sets in each round. Overall this is a great start to the weekend.
