I have always felt that it is so important to give back to the community in any way possible, from being involved in Colour Runs, training local football teams, the annual Gearoid Smile Three Peak Challenge here in Achill and the annual warm up for Darkness Into Light. There is no better feeling than the way you feel when you help others.
The story of the online training all began last year when the Covid -19 pandemic began. I had always been a class instructor, personal trainer and small group trainer but once the restrictions hit us all, I had to think outside the box. I wanted to keep my members as fit and healthy as possible and do some good. That is when I decided to set up the Online Workout Classes. I held a class every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 6 sessions a week and all the proceeds went to St Colman's Day Care Centre for the elderly in Keel, Achill.
This service was dear to my own heart so it was an easy decision. The amazing community near and far raised a massive €10,243.00, this surpassed my every wish.
So, for me during this un-precedented time in our lives something good came from it, and for that I will be truly grateful.

I am really enjoyed Pams online classes. They have kept me motivated and challenged. In these uncertain times even though I miss class at Pam's studio and meeting people. Each class is different and you feel great afterwards. Thanks to Pam my fitness is kept up in these times. I will look forward to seeing you when times are better
I have been going to Pamela for over 2 years now and I would highly recommend her, she is so passionate about health and fitness and about teaching it to others. She will always find an exercise that you can do and won't take no for an answer, mind over matter is a common phrase of hers, I am enjoying the home workouts, they keep me on track.
